Mobile social network gets $2 million in funding
Milan-based Mobango, which operates an online and mobile social network, just received $2 million in funding from UK venture capital firm Doughty Hanson Technology Ventures. Mobango founder Fabio Pezzotti says the service has over 1 million registered users to the free service. "The service is entertaining, completely free, and can be enjoyed regardless of the cellular provider, phone manufacturer, or the country you live in” says Pezzotti.
